I’ve experienced BIG drop-offs in views SO many times 👇
This forced me to find out WHY it happens.
And what I can do to FIX a “shadow ban”.
I’ve found 6 methods. I will share 3 in this guide…
A) There is a reason this video blew up (again) after 8 months 👇
I STOPPED uploading the type of videos that were blowing up (for half a year)
I started uploading videos I cared more about.
Different niche.
Different topics.
Completely different audience.
BUT…then I uploaded a video about the old topic.
It made this old video blow up again and get another 100K views 👇
1st lessons?
Stay on topic.
Start a new channel for other topics.
B) Reset your Channel’s Trust Score 👇
Here’s how it works…
1) Create a new channel
2) Log into your main channel (the one you want to “fix”)
3) Go to “Advanced Settings”
Click on “Move channel” 👇
4) Sign in to Gmail again…
5) Click on “Replace”
Choose the new Channel (you’ve just created)👇
6) Click on “Delete channel”.
This will delete the new channel you’ve just created.
And it will move your main channel under this new brand channel.
7) Click on “Move Channel”
BUT double check to make sure you’re logged into your main channel (the one you want to “fix”).
And voila, you’ve successfully reset your Channel Trust Score 👇
All your subscribers, videos, views, etc., will be moved in ±10 minutes to the new Brand Channel.
You will only lose the following:
Comments
Replies to comments
Thumbs up, Likes, Pins
But you will get a channel that isn’t shadow-banned (anymore).
And you will likely see a 3-5X boost on views in the upcoming videos already 👇
C) Add a fundraiser 👇
Fundraisers are an excellent option to increase impressions on any video.
Here’s how you can access them:
If you don’t see this option in your video settings…
Know that you don’t need 10,000 subscribers as mentioned here 👇
But you DO need to be monetized (in my experience).
Then you will see it here 👇
Is there something special I did to get it (while not having 10K subs on one of my channels)?
In my experience, my location, the Netherlands, helped a lot.
In short:
You want to get monetized ASAP to use this feature.
Once you have it available…add it to one or multiple videos
And you’ll likely see an increase in views like they did for me.
Or just move to Amsterdam…😂
