I ran a 6-month experiment.
311 videos across multiple channels.
Same video, different channels, wildly different results.
Channel with 389 subs: 169 views.
Channel with 3 subs: 2,574 views.
The difference? Niche focus.
The smaller channel was laser-focused on one topic.
The bigger channel was more over the place.
The algorithm rewards specificity over size.
Maybe read that again…
