I uploaded the same video to two channels.
One got 10x more views.

Same title. Same thumbnail. Same timing.
That’s when it clicked: channel priming matters.
Here’s why:
→ YouTube learns your niche from past videos.
→ Post something random? It flops.
→ Same video on a better-primed channel? It pops.
So here’s what I do now:
→ Search the video’s keywords first.
→ If it’s trending in YT Studio’s “inspirations” tab, I post.
→ If not, but I still want to make it, I post on a side channel.
It protects the reach of my main ones.
YouTube punishes randomness.
Stay niche. Use more channels if needed.
