4 Truths of Great Content:
(after I made 300+ videos in 6 months)
This became painfully obvious to me last week…
{may you read number 1 two times}
1) Your best content idea is often the one you’re afraid to make
This has been SO true for me.
Two videos I was hesitant to make got 300K and 1.2M views.
2) Your best-performing video teaches you more than your worst one
BUT…doing a top 10% bottom 10% analysis is SO effective
WHAT?

Just making assumptions on your best & worst videos each month.
And testing those assumptions on new videos.
3) The thumbnail decides if they click.
The first 15 seconds decide if they stay.
The middle doesn’t matter (as much).
The end should be spectacular.
4) Your raw video assets are your compound interest, make it searchable.
