Use tools like 1of10, viewstats, or vidiq to find RECENT outliers in adjacent niches
Study niche → “Learn how to actually study before it’s too late…” 1.6m views
Male dating niche → Learn how to actually get a girlfriend before it’s too late…
4. Remix Proven Virals
Sort your channel on “most popular” → take a top video, keep the viral topic, but twist the script, title format and/or thumbnail.
