“Make 100 videos, improve something every time.” ~ MrBeast
Here’s how (after I uploaded over 300 videos in 6 months):

1) keep a “mood board” of visual styles
↳ send it to every editor you work with
2) always script your intros
↳ re-record them until they’re perfect
↳ re-record them at the end of your video
3) give 1 reason why your most viewed video got more views.
↳ do that again

4) film b-roll footage everywhere you go
↳ soon your editor will drown during retention editing
5) create a pre-recording checklist
↳ I never forget things AND can turn my brain off
which makes it SO much easier to press “record”
