1/ A bowerbird collects random pieces and organizes them to attract mates.
You want to collect parts of your OLD videos and turn them into one compilation.
2/ You already have your main content.
You only need to create:
New intro
Transitions between sections
New CTAs
An outro
A title
That’s it. Content recycling at its finest.
3/ I can create a 1-2 hour compilation out of 12 videos.
Upload one every quarter.
Same time investment as normal uploads = MASSIVE watch hour explosion.
4/ The ORDER matters more than you think.
Right order can increase AVP from 10% to 25%.
Quick hack: Put your highest viewed videos FIRST in the compilation.
Hooks them immediately, keeps them watching longer.
5/ Avoid the reused content strike.
Even YOUR OWN videos stitched together can get flagged.
