1. Copying outlier videos only works IF you’re an “expert” too
Many videos blow up because of the CREATOR and the topic.
NOT just the topic.
Took me a long time to figure out.
Who > What
Become the “who” and you can make almost any “how”
2. Make longer videos (not MORE)
There is a disproportional return on 15min+ videos
Much less competition.
Much better viewers.
Much higher RPMs.
Many more views.
