Give your opinion or facts in between each clip.
Use the keywords in the title.
Use the person in the thumbnail.
This is how my first video got 1m+ views.
2. I used a BIG trend.
Trends are a cheatcode on youtube.
You can have a bad video with a good trend and blow up.
3. Do something completely different.
If your information is great, but you get no views.
You may not BE the person they want to listen to.

Find formats where the messenger is not as important as the message.

– Breaking news
– Celebrity gossip
– Street interviews
