To experience more flow state,
You don’t have to work harder,
You’ll have to be more available.
To be more available,
see yourself as an architect,
Strategically planning & designing what enters his mind
Your mind is a tool
When you start using it for deep work
On the right things
At the right times
With the right intention
Your life will have changed in 6 months
More than you can imagine right now
“Deep work isn’t about working harder. It’s about being more available”
“Your mind is a garden. Most people let it grow freely, then wonder why they can’t find the flowers.”
The distance between you ↔ your dreams isn’t measured in years.
It’s measured in hours of deep work.
I can’t stop thinking about breakthrough acceleration.
Compressing years of struggle through months of deep work.
“You don’t need MORE productivity tools. You need a mental firewall.”
I’ve been experimenting with building what I call a mental firewall.
Like dopamine architecture, where you are very selective of what you let in.
I made $4,500,000+ online.
What had a big impact? I built walls around my attention.
I care about entering the flow state more often and faster.
With less effort. By just being clever about it:
1) Create 2) Rid yourself of Untruth 3) Sustain
Let me explain each one…
1) Create
But here’s the thing about creating the “right things”:
It’s a big assumption that you already work on the right things.
Or better said…
How many things you’re working on are actually effective?
I have been working on a lot of things that are not effective.
You have to experiment to find those outlier activities.
The things that actually move the needle.
“The richest creators aren’t the most talented. They’re the most intentional with their mental space.”
“What if the fastest path to wealth isn’t creation, but first an ‘elimination’ of what doesn’t work?”
2) Empty Untruth
“Most people try to add more to their lives. The wise subtract until only truth remains.”
“The path to mastery seems to have two steps: Learning what works, and unlearning everything else.”
Let me give you an example…
Creating YouTube shorts about topic X in post format Y may not be effective if I optimize for profit.
I found this out through my own experiments. Not because someone else said so. But after I tried it myself.
There’s a clear difference between:
→ Believing others VS experimenting yourself
→ Learning lessons VS realizing them
3) Sustain
You have to sustain yourself.
It seems obvious but it’s crucial.
I’m more talking about the timing of it.
The 1 MOST Impactful thing I do to protect my focus…
I eat 1 meal a day as late as possible (for years)
I get so much more work done
↳ By simply NOT “doing” something (A.K.A. eating…)
But honestly…
I’ve “known” this for a very long time
✅ I’ve had periods where I ate my only meal at 6 PM
❌ But also periods where I ate it all between 12-1 PM
So what was preventing me from fasting till sunset
You know it…
The urge.
The urge to eat.
More so…my realization of the CONSEQUENCES of eating earlier.
SEEING the CLEAR difference in my:
1) flow state
2) output
between food at 12PM and food at 4:15 PM…
…was enough.
Because every time I feel the urge to eat, I do NOT have to:
• “journal” to not open a can of Surströmming
• “meditate” to not start putting food in my mouth.
• “read a book” to stop me from k*lling the baby chickens in my forest and cooking them at 90° for 2.5 minutes
I simply:
1. Put myself in the position to SEE the difference
2. Saw the difference
3. Realize every day “what” I want more
4. Either eat earlier BUT lower my output
5. Or eat when everyone with a 9-5 job are in traffic jams
May you realize more, while “doing” less my friend
May 1 meal/day at 4:15 PM not be your next “Success Habit”
May you come to the realization:
Postpone your first meal → p̶o̶s̶t̶p̶o̶n̶e̶ accelerate your dreams
Building a Mental Firewall
“Your drama-addicted mind wants a story. Your success needs silence.”
“I build 3 years on my own. Then in 2 years I hired 50 people. Success leaves clues. Silence your mind to notice them.”
Thoughts are happening all day. Every day. Constantly.
Checkmating thoughts that aren’t true…
Will prevent you from the average life you fear.
Of never reaching the breakthrough. The things you want. Your desires.
Think of it like the mini-map in Call of Duty.
In real life, this mini-map is like your thoughts.
You either look at the map consciously to find the thoughts that are true.
Or you accept the consequences of not looking at your mini-map…and getting lost.

The Truth About Flow State
“The gap between average and exceptional isn’t skill. It’s the ability to enter flow state at will.”
“To get into the flow state (more often)… You need clarity on the ‘what’ And confidence in the ‘how’ So that your mind quiets.”
In flow state:
→ No uncontrollable thoughts
→ Only active thinking and creating
Less deep work = longer path to your goals.
And to most it never happens…
“Everyone wants to be in flow state. Few want to change the conditions that make it possible.”
Remember: One break in the wall doesn’t mean the wall is gone.
It’s not the end. Only IF YOU let the enemy in.
Your mind loves drama. So we see this break as the end. It happens a lot. But it’s just one break.
May you find more flow in life.
Because it may be one of the only things that really matter.
And whenever you experience a painful event,
A major setback…
Remember it may be the end boss,
Before your breakthrough,
In this game called life.
