Clickbait works.

“Eat LESS protein” got 3x more views than “Eat MORE protein.”
Negative content performs best.
The more emotional, the better.
But here’s the trap:
When you chase that attention, you stop trying to help.
You start trying to provoke.
And you may build an audience addicted to outrage.
Be careful what you optimize for.
You’ll have to keep feeding it.
And the people who comment? Often the minority extremists…
