I used to obsess over views.
Until I realized this 👇

You see what I see?
Take a good look at my stats…
The average view duration of 3 videos is nearly identical.
BUT… The views are not.
My question: “Why?”
YouTube shows you these stats in one view, for a reason.
As you can see the root difference between the 3 videos is:
Average percentage viewed (AVP)
I always aim for a AVP % of > 40%
Hard? Yess.
Important? Also Yess.
I’ve found 13 ways to increase AVP %
I’ll tell you one…
A/B test your hooks. Your intro’s. Your first 20-30 seconds.
How?
Script ≥ 2 intro’s.
Record ≥ 2 intro’s.
Edit ≥ 2 intro’s.
Split test them.
Now you may ask “BUT Jordan…HOW. YouTube doesn’t has this feature to A/B test your intro rightttt?”
WRONG.
They DO.
Last week I found out how.
💬 Reply “A/B TEST” to the email once you sign up here and I’ll share how you can do it too.
The best thing? It’s free.
