Do you procrastinate with creating content?
Maybe read this…

The mind says,
“This task is too boring, too difficult, too heavy.”
And you believe it,
like a fish believing the shiny hook
is food.
The mind is not your enemy,
but it is not your master either.
It is a restless servant,
inventing storms
to make itself necessary.
TO MAKE ITSELF NECESSARY.
You see?
When you see this,
you stop asking the mind for permission.
You stop waiting for it to agree.
You move without its blessing.
You dislike the task
so what?
The earth does not ask the seed
whether it enjoys sprouting.
Life moves.
And the wise move with it.
When you sit before your work,
the mind will share every demon it knows:
urge, boredom, discomfort, fear.
Smile.
Do not battle.
Do not explain.
Do not beg the feeling to leave.
Every moment you remain,
even unwillingly,
is a moment of great power.
The man who lifts the stone
without cursing it
finds it lighter than the man
who thinks at every step.
Resistance multiplies weight.
Acceptance dissolves it.
The real work
is not answering emails,
not making videos,
not making money.
The real work
is ending the cycle of flight.
It is not the task that crushes you
It is not the thumbnail that makes you procrastinate
It is not the editing or recording that gets you to postpone
it is your BELIEF
that you should feel differently.
Let it be heavy.
Let it be tedious.
Let it be ugly.
And move anyway.
There is a great beauty
in the man who moves
not because he feels like it,
but because he is movement itself.
There is a great strength
in doing the next small thing
without asking the mind’s opinion.
My friend…
Freedom is not something you win.
It is something you stop throwing away.
In all work there is great freedom to be found.
Remember: ONE step, not the mountain.

PS: A big reason behind my CTR of 6.2% (channel average) on one of my channels are my hourly A/B tests [see image 2].
BUT it’s a paid tool.
I hate paying for tools with subscription models.
Here’s a Google Sheet with 80+ free tools I use
PPS: Another (more practical) way to not procrastinate are systems ↓
Even when you don’t delegate them.
Because they remove decision fatigue.
We currently get 80k views/month on short-form in just 5h of work/week.
That includes posting 84 times per week, editing & the automated analytics.
The bad thing? It’s not a lot of views.
The good thing? It’s a guaranteed minimum & allows me to get a lot of data which I use in many ways.
One way is using the outlier shorts as hooks for new long-form videos or rehooks in long-form videos.
All because of the automated analytics dashboard that I spend hours on…
