I used to have this problem for SO many years:
1) I upload a new video.
2) Start a Thumbnail A/B test.
3) Only to find out the best thumbnail 3 days, 5 days, 15 days later…
= TOO LATE.
Take a look at this video of mine:
It started with a CTR of 0.9%
Now it sits around 5%.
IF I knew which Title/Thumbnail combo gave me 5% CTR from the start
Then THIS video could’ve gotten 10x the views:
So I needed to solve this problem for myself.
Because I knew how many views I was losing,
By NOT knowing which title & thumbnail to use,
BEFORE I published the video.
It took me months of research and trial & error,
Until I finally created a simple, repeatable system.
A system that allows me to know which title / thumbnail combination
Will get the highest Click Through Rate %
Before hitting publish.
The results on all of my channels have been insane.
