I found the most underrated YT growth hack this week.
Here’s what happened…
I started posting YT community posts.
On 2 of my new channels.
1 channel has ±770 subs.
The other has 880 subs.
The results?
BLEW me away.
(I’m not joking).
Take a look at this table…
On average my community posts reach 18% of my subscribers.
So if your channel has 500 subs, you reach 90 people (impressions).
On average my community posts convert ±0.8% of those people who read the post into an email subscriber.
So if your channel has 10,000 subs, and you post community posts daily, you receive ±415 email subs every month.
The math: 10,000 * 18% * 30 (daily posts) * 0.8% = ±415 subs/month
For a channel that size, this could be worth $415 – $2,075/month (I’ll explain later)
4 reasons why this is SO crazy.
I’ll tell you two…
1) 0.8% is the highest I’ve personally seen…
To put it into perspective,
LinkedIn got me 550k impressions last week:
You know how many of them clicked the link in my post or comment?
36 trackable clicks.
THAT IS 0,0065720654%
0.8% VS 0.006%
More than 100x.
2) I asked ChatGPT what 1 email subscriber is worth on average.
Here’s what it answered:
Is this accurate? Obviously, this depends on many factors.
But let’s go with it for now…
If you have 500 subs.
You can expect around 1 new email sub per post.
You can expect $30-$150/month (according to ChatGPT).
Now you may monetize your email list later…
But at least you’re growing it for future income.

If you don’t know what to write in your community post,
Reply “Post” to this email,
And I’ll share my best example posts that take as little as 1 min to create.
If I don’t speak to you anymore…
Have a great weekend ✊

PS: I have 2 hours reserved for calls this week.
If you want me to help you with anything, reply “call” and I’ll send you the details.
(ends on Saturday 10PM EST)
PPS: Wonder how I improve my thumbnails?
This is the best tool I’ve found. I’ve been paying for it for a year now and was well worth it.
A big reason behind my click through rate of 6.2% (channel average) on one of my channels.
PPS: I hate paying for tools.
