And 60 long days.
The STUPID part? It could’ve taken just 13 days… and 45,000 views.
I didn’t need more views.
I needed more subscribers per view.
In one of my early videos, my sub-to-view ratio was over 2%.
Here’s what I wish I’d done from the start:
☑ Ask for the sub after the moment of greatest satisfaction.
☑ Show proof you’re worth subscribing to
☑ Make the sub CTA visual, not just verbal
