Here are the 7 things I found to be true that I wish I had known in my teens, but unfortunately found out after years of unnecessary struggle, pain, and wasted time.
By the way if you are new here, I am Jordan, 23 yrs old, did over $4M in Revenue,
Hired over 50 people and make videos on YouTube since 2012.
I share this because you care about numbers, don’t you?
It brings me to the 1st truth:
Society cares about appearance over effectiveness (and so do you).
Society cares about numbers.
More is good.
More money.
More books.
More AI features.
More innovation.
Even the belief that MORE LIFE is good.
But for what do you live my friend?
Have you ever asked yourself why doctors keep humans alive?
Just to keep them alive?
Just for more years?
Your parents have been conditioned by society and raised you with this conditioning.
99% who read this care about appearance > effectiveness.
Fortune 500 CEOs care about including AI in their products (appearance).
Even if it isn’t effective for their users.
Just to appear good for their investors.
Your father cares about his role as a father, more so than effectively raising his son or daughter.
Don’t believe me, just look at what happens when the opinions of others come into play.
This brings me to the 2nd truth:
Everyone you’ve ever met cares about the opinion of others > the truth.
Just look at your own life.
Have you ever met someone who did not care about the conditioned, untrue opinion of someone else?
Have you ever met ONE?
If you did, go find that man or woman.
For he or she may be a god amongst followers.
A moon amongst stars.
A flame surrounded by water.
DISCLAIMER: I am a conditioned individual like you.
I am not ‘better’ than you.
I may have made some realizations that are absolutely true.
But never ‘believe’ me.
As beliefs will always be beliefs.
Question for yourself if they are true.
This is the only way to get it into your bloodline so to speak. (read: actual change)
Otherwise, it’s just like those school lectures, that you forget after a day.
Talking about school…
It reminds me of books.
3th truth:
Reading books is a net negative.
This is the point of the letter, where most people stop reading.
For they BELIEVE that books are GOOD.
Information is GOOD.
IQ is important.
Knowledge is power.

Have you ever questioned yourself if all the information that reaches you could be LIMITING your potential?
You are unserious if you believe me.
You are serious if you ask yourself.
Don’t you see you have magical capabilities within you?
Don’t you see that the things you are really good at, you did not learn from books?
This brings me to the 4th truth:
Most of the information in the world is useless to you
By now, maybe 1 person is still reading…
For the other 99 think I am crazy and have no idea what I am talking about.
This is fine.
For the 99 people are too conditioned to question themselves after reading a sentence.
To the one who is serious and tries to understand what I am saying,
I have some questions for you.
When you have a problem and you type the question into Google.
What do you see?
Information right?
Lots of information…
So then you look for the answer to your question.
For example “how to replace a tire”.
You find some answers, try it out and replaced your tire.
This can be seen as ‘valuable information’, right?
I agree.
But is it an important question?
Does your car or the job you need to drive to, really matter to you?
Really?
Would you care about replacing your tire if I told you, you have cancer right now?
I know I go to an extreme…
But it seems the only way to point out the truth.
That information in this world only solves unimportant problems.
For the important things in your life are not found through Google, ChatGPT, steps, methods, techniques, Notion templates, YouTube videos or even 1:1 coaching.
They are found by yourself, for yourself, from within yourself.
Think about it…
It brings me to the 5th truth:
Virtually nobody really knows what they want.
Most people ‘think’ they know what they want…
I want to be rich.
I want to travel.
I want to donate money and help people.
I want to make an ‘impact’.
…
Let me explain.
When you make money. You see it as ‘my money’.
When you become famous. You see it as ‘my fans’.
When you donate to charity. You see it as my donation’.
When you make an impact in the world. You see it as YOUR impact.
Everything is done for the EGO.
Everything is a product of the mind.
You will waste your life if you do not see this truth for yourself.
6th truth:
This voice inside your head is not ‘normal’ and you do not have to ‘listen’ to it.
Control your mind.
Or it will control you.
I say this often.
For it is true.
What is not true, is the things the mind projects to you.
Your mind is like a broken mirror.
You can’t see reality through it.
And since no one has ever told you this.
You are basically doomed to keep listening to this inner voice your whole life.
And you will not be able to see reality.
Why should you want to see reality?
You should not.
Keep dreaming.
And keep having nightmares.
For the one who ‘feels’ to escape from this ‘insvisible prison’.
Here is my 7th truth:
To become a master in your field, you have to let go of followers.
If you could master life by reading the bible.
Many people would be Jesus.
Rare people are rare.
I’m certain you are raised with false beliefs.
Seeing through the limitations put on you can take years, decades or may never happen.
Being around people not on the same path as you, will keep limiting you.
So if you desire a path to mastery, ultimate satisfaction or whatever it is.
It will be a path alone.
By all means keep your eyes open for that other rare unique individual you may ever come across in your life.
But rare people are rare.
Don’t expect it.
For it creates hope.
Which will create suffering (or joy) if you find (or not find) this person in your life.
That’s it for today.

Only the serious person may check the show notes.
And to the unserious, here’s my poem about the essence of it all.
Because you love to be entertained & distracted while not asking yourself the important questions, don’t you?
More wood, no fire (a poem)
Numbers, numbers, they all desire,
More money, more fame, more wood, but no fire.
What of the soul, my friend, what of your heart?
In pursuit of more, don’t you tear it apart?
What you truly want, deep in your core,
Riches, fame, or something more?
Books, they preach, yet limit your sight,
Information overload, makes you blind.
May you see through the mind
And don’t believe me,
Just see for yourself,
Finally see.
